As ESSA, a water activities centre, grew, they needed their website to be easy to use, both for them and their customers. The event booking software that had become fundamental to their business can now be accessed from each of their activity or customer groups pages. The user experience and the buying journey are now really quick and simple.
A fresh, clean new website allows new customers to book a clean, and customers to make payments for their cleans using the method of their choice, be it bank transfer or using the online methods of Stripe and PayPal. It reduces the amount of admin work needed by automating these processes, allowing Elaine to focus on adding customer reviews and blog posts.
Refresh of existing website allows Bryan to communicate his skills and expertise to potential clients, and to reinforce his credentials to potential clients. Bryan had been making simple updates himself but needed my help to achieve a consistent design and experience.
