A fresh, clean new website allows new customers to book a clean, and customers to make payments for their cleans using the method of their choice, be it bank transfer or using the online methods of Stripe and PayPal. It reduces the amount of admin work needed by automating these processes, allowing Elaine to focus on adding customer reviews and blog posts.

Freshbinz Ltd had a website that was a few years old, but they had lost the ability to access it and make changes.

They wanted this replaced with a fresh, clean website that

  • reflects the services they currently offer and areas they cover,
  • gives them the ability to add customer reviews and blog posts easily,
  • allows potential customers to book a clean, capturing all the information needed,
  • allows customers to make payments for their cleaning via Stripe or PayPal.

During the first package I created the website and the new design with the required legal pages. By the end of the day it had the home page, book a clean, reviews, and the contact page.

The book a clean page achieved the strategic goal for her website. While there is a separate page for reviews, the home page also displays the three reviews most recently added.

Elaine felt in control and involved. She says the screenshots I was sending her throughout the final day allowed her to visualise the content she had put together.

She wanted much more content before we put her new website live.

So in the second package we created a payment form which allows their customers to pay online. One page outlines their services and areas covered, and others display their credentials and blog posts.

After a few weeks, Elaine said that book a clean is a great success and is making life easier for her. It reduces the amount of admin work she needs to do. The way I’ve set it all up makes it so easy for her to add the customer comments and blog posts.

I felt very involved and in control throughout the whole process.
Completing the preparation prior to the day, having a chat on the phone and then seeing the sections as they were developed reassured me that we both had the same overall vision. I didn’t have to be concerned that they would be a grand reveal of a finished site that didn’t meet my expectations.
