It was the poor attitude and approach my previous designer exhibited that caused me to seek a new one, rather than the delay itself. Throughout this project you have been professional and communicative and as a result of your hard work and integrity the site has progressed nicely and steadily. My experience with you has been far more positive, for which I am grateful.
